Holiday travel is not a lot of fun for anyone, but for parents of small children, it is absolutely the worst. Look, we adore our kids, but they can be totally unpredictable under the best circumstances. Confine them to a car, train, or plane, and you are playing with fire. The younger they are, the riskier it is. Just ask Sarah Biegel about a recent flight with her daughters.
Biegel is a social media influencer who shares snippets of her life with her football player husband, Vince Biegel, who plays for the Baltimore Ravens, and their daughters, Willow and Meadow. During a long travel day in November, Biegel took a quick video of Meadow and her dad walking the aisle of the plane, and we can just see that Meadow is every woman in the world on the last leg of a trip.

From the very beginning, we knew there was trouble.
Biegel shared the video on several social media platforms, including TikTok, where it amassed 11.9 million views. We knew we were in for it as soon as we heard that familiar "Oh, no" song.
What we didn't expect was Meadow's darling disheveled appearance. She has an emotional support binky in her mouth, and her hair looks a bit like Albert Einstein's. This girl clearly saw some things on this flight.
"When your toddler decides a long travel day is the best day NOT to nap Her hair resembles my soul after a day like today. Thankful for the best dad & teammate!" the mom captioned the video.
Things apparently didn't quite go as planned.
The mom of two told Good Morning America that the travel day was much longer than anticipated and included a flight delay and a layover. Meadow decided to stay awake for all the fun, which made it even more exciting for her parents. Biegel and Vince tried "everything possible" to keep the little girl content, but it is clear from the look on her face she was done with the whole thing.
We can feel Meadow's expression in our souls.
Have you seen those memes that say things like, "I'm sorry for what my face said when my mouth was closed?" Yeah, Meadow is kind of like that. Her pacifier may have kept her quiet, but her eyes told the truth. And people loved it.
One person joked, "She looks terrified of herself at this point ."
People loved Biegel's commentary. "Her hair resembles my soul" ," someone chuckled.
"She is definitely giving main character energy ," another person wrote.
And let's not forget poor dad.
His face is as amazing as Meadow's. He clearly knew there would be heck to pay for one false move by anyone on that plane.
"He looks so afraid of her ," a comment reads.
"He's walking so slow like he's just trying to not set her off … ," someone else wrote.
Lots of people had jokes. Like this: "Dad's look says "Please, no one make any sudden movements. We're on the edge here." "
And this: "Don't make eye contact… Don't make eye contact…. Nobody move…nobody get hurt! lol .”

Biegel just wanted to have a little fun.
She's a mom who knows what momming is all about and wanted to share a bit of levity with her followers.
"I thought it was funny because it was probably one of our worst travel experiences," Biegel told Good Morning America. "So I'm like, gosh, I'm glad everybody else thought this was funny. And looking back, I can laugh at it now."
And thankfully, her message resonated. Sure, there were a few of the "Don't take kids on a plane" people, but they were few and far between. As one TikToker pointed out, "Every parent has had this walk of hell."
And that is facts.
